Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Tex-Mex Pork Strips turn any dish into a fiesta for your taste buds. Who needs chicken or other meats when you have pork strips that are ready to cook and easy to eat? Dig into the recipe below!

  • 1 pkg Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Tex-Mex Pork Strips
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, julienned
  • 1 red pepper, julienned
  • 1 bag corn chips
  • 1 (8 oz) bag Mexican shredded cheese
  • Your favorite salsa
  • Sour cream
  • Your favorite guacamole
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Cook peppers and onion until soft, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Add pork strips to pan and cook until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • Return peppers and onion to the pan and toss to combine.
  • Spread corn chips into an even layer on a baking sheet, top with pork mixture and cheese.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
  • Top with your favorite salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and shredded lettuce.
