Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Sweet Italian Ground Sausage
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup onion, minced
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 jar marinara
Directions:
  • In a large bowl, mix ground sausage, egg, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, parmesan, and parsley.
  • Shape into meatballs.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • In sauté pan, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté meatballs until browned on the outside and cooked all the way through.
  • Meanwhile, heat marinara sauce in a small pan.
  • Serve meatballs with marinara sauce for dipping.
