  • 4 Premium Reserve Pork® Boneless Pork Chops
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 1 jar Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place 4 chops between plastic wrap and flatten to ¼ inch thickness, using the flat side of a meat mallet.
  • Combine flour and pepper in a shallow bowl. Dredge pork in flour mixture, dip in beaten egg and dredge in breadcrumbs.
  • Sauté pork in hot oil, in a large skillet over medium-high heat, 2 minutes on each side or until golden. Arrange pork in a single layer on a baking pan. Stir 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped basil in sauce. Top pork with pasta sauce, shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and light brown.

Serve with your favorite pasta and a salad.
