Ingredients:

Kansas City BBQ Seasoned St. Louis Ribs

OR

Honey Garlic Teriyaki St. Louis Ribs

OR

Savory Brown Sugar St. Louis Ribs

Directions:
OVEN
  • Preheat oven temperature to 300°F.
  • Wrap ribs in double layer of foil and place in shallow roasting pan.
  • Bake for two hours or to an internal temperature of 190° Open foil and place ribs under broiler for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
GRILL
  • Preheat grill to medium low heat.
  • Wrap ribs in a double layer of foil and place on grill rack for 90 minutes.
  • Cook to an internal temperature of 190° to 200°F.
  • Remove ribs from foil and place directly over heat for 5 minutes per side or until evenly browned.
  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
