  • 1 pack Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Hot or Sweet Italian Ground Sausage
  • 1 (5 oz) bag chopped baby spinach, wilted and drained
  • 2 cups of your favorite stuffing mix
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a sauté pan over medium high heat, cook sausage, stirring and breaking up with a spoon. Cook until sausage is fully browned, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and cool to room temperature.
  • Once sausage is cooled, add wilted spinach, stuffing mix, cheese, garlic, pepper, butter, and eggs.
  • Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes so that eggs can soak in.
  • Shape into walnut-sized balls and place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned and heated through. Transfer to a platter and serve.
