  • 1 pack Hatfield® Recipe Essentials Ground Pork
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Tortilla chips
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • In a sauté pan over medium high heat, cook ground pork, stirring and breaking up with a spoon. Cook pork until browned, about 10 minutes. Place in a bowl and set aside.
  • In the same sauté pan, heat oil. Add onions and cook until soft, about 3-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Combine onions, ground pork, tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and half the cheddar cheese. Mix well, then transfer into a greased baking dish.
  • Top with remaining cheddar and bake for 15 minutes, or until brown and bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
