Ingredients:

1 HATFIELD® Garlic Mustard Pork Loin Filet

For Salad:

  • 12 cups raw crunchy vegetables, shaved (cauliflower, fennel, radishes, beets – red or golden)
  • 1 cup fresh basil or mint – torn
  • 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. White Balsamic Vinegar
  • Kosher salt, fresh ground pepper – to taste
Directions:
  • Preheat grill for 10 minutes to medium heat
  • Place loin filet on grill and close the lid.
  • Grill on one side 10-15 minutes. Rotate loin and grill for another 10-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145°F (at thickest part) or juices run clear.
  • Remove from grill.
  • Let sit for 3 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve sliced pork over the salad.
