Ingredients:
  • ½ lb Hatfield® Recipe Essentials® Country Sausage
  • 1 (8.5 oz) pkg corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • ½ cup white onion, chopped
Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Prepare a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
  • In a sauté pan, heat oil over medium high heat. Add sausage and cook, stirring and breaking up with a spoon. Cook until sausage is fully browned, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Mix muffin mix, milk, and egg in a medium bowl just until muffin mix is moistened. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into prepared pie pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
