INGREDIENTS: PORK, 20% [WATER, SEASONING (LEMON JUICE POWDER (LEMON JUICE, PEA STARCH SALT), VINEGAR POWDER, SEA SALT, FLAVORING, NATURAL FLAVOR (PEA STARCH, CITRUS FIBER, CITRUS FRUIT EXTRACT), DRY RUB (SUGAR, CORN STARCH, DEHYDRATED RED BELL PEPPER AND ONION, GARLIC AND ONION POWDER, SPICES, YEAST EXTRACT, OLIVE OIL, SEA SALT, LEMON OIL).

Cooking instructions

Skillet
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Preheat nonstick skillet to a medium-high temperature with 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
  • Place chop into skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes.
  • Flip chop over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145ºF.
  • Remove from heat and serve after 3 minutes.

Grill
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Spray grill grate before preheating with cooking spray.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place chop on preheated grill and cook for 4–6 minutes.
  • Turn chop over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145º
  • Remove from grill and serve with your favorite side after 3 minutes.
