Cooking instructions

  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Preheat nonstick skillet to a medium-high temperature with 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
  • Place chop into skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes.
  • Flip chop over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145ºF.
  • Remove from heat and serve after 3 minutes.
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Spray grill grate before preheating with cooking spray.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place chop on preheated grill and cook for 4–6 minutes.
  • Turn chop over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145º
  • Remove from grill and serve with your favorite side after 3 minutes.
