Savory Brown Sugar St. Louis Ribs

Ingredients

Pork, Water, Potassium Lactate, Vinegar, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Flavor, Seasoning (Brown Sugar, Torula Yeast, Sea Salt, Spices, Flavoring (including natural hickory smoke flavor), Molasses, Maltodextrin, Dehydrated Onion, Citric Acid)

Cooking instructions

Grill
  • Remove outer packaging before cooking.
  • Preheat grill medium high heat to 300°F for 10 minutes.
  • Place rib on center of grill and close lid
  • Grill rib for 1 hour, rotating every 10 minutes.
  • Internal temperature of rib should be 200°F thickest part) before removing from grill
  • Remove rib from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven
  • Remove outer packaging before cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Double wrap rib with heavy duty foil, place on sheet pan and put in preheated oven.
  • Bake ribs for 2 hours.
  • Remove foil and continue to bake rib uncovered for 20 minutes.
  • Internal temperature of rib should be 200°F (thickest part) before removing from oven.
  • Remove rib from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
