Rotisserie Dry Rub Seasoned Pork Loin Filet
Rotisserie seasoning has new protein! The classic flavor of onion, garlic and thyme makes Hatfield® Rotisserie Dry Rub Seasoned Loin Filet the new dinner staple that everyone will love.

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: PORK, WATER, SEASONING (SUGAR, SPICES, SALT, FLAVORING, DRIED ONION, DRIED GARLIC, YEAST EXTRACT), SEA SALT, TURBINADO SUGAR.

Cooking instructions

Grill
  • Remove outer packaging before cooking.
  • Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium-heat.
  • Place pork filet on center of grill and close grill lid.
  • Grill filet on side one 10-15 minutes.
  • Rotate filet and grill side two 10-15 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
  • Remove filet from grill.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
Oven
  • Remove outer packaging before cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan*.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
  • Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
*If cooking 2 filets space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes.
