Montreal Seasoned Pork Chops

Ingredients

PORK, WATER, SEASONING (SUGAR, DEHYDRATED GARLIC AND ONION, SPICES) SEA SALT, TURBINADO SUGAR.

Cooking instructions

Grill
  • Spray grill grate before preheating with cooking spray.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Place chop on preheated grill and cook for 4-6 minutes.
  • Turn chop over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, internal temperature 145°F.
  • Remove from grill and serve with your favorite side.
Oven
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Place chop on prepared baking sheet and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Turn chop over and cook for an additional 10 minutes, internal temperature 145F.
  • Remove from oven and serve with your favorite side.
Skillet
  • Preheat heat skillet on medium-high heat with 1 TBSP of olive oil.
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Place chop on preheated skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes.
  • Turn chop over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, internal temperatures 145°F.
  • Remove from skillet and serve with your favorite side.
