Cooking instructions

Microwave
  • Remove wrap and place on microwave-safe dish.
  • Cover with lid or plastic wrap (pierce to vent).
  • Set microwave on med-hi power for 2 - 2 ½ minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140°F.
Grill
  • Remove wrap.
  • Place ham steak on the grill for 2 ½ minutes on medium high flame.
  • Turn for an additional 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, 140°F.
Skillet
  • Remove wrap and score edges about every 2 inches to avoid curling.
  • Place ham steak in skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and fry for 2 ½ - 3 minutes or medium heat.
