Garlic Parmesan Dry Rub Seasoned Pork Loin Filet

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS: PORK, WATER, SEASONING (PARMESAN CHEESE (PASTEURIZED MILK, CHEESE CULTURES, SALT, ENZYMES), DRIED GARLIC, SUGAR, SPICES, FLAVORING, YEAST EXTRACT, MALTODEXTRIN), SEA SALT, TURBINADO SUGAR.
CONTAINS MILK.

Cooking instructions

Grill
  • Remove outer packaging before cooking.
  • Pre-heat grill for 10 minutes on medium-heat.
  • Place pork filet on center of grill and close grill lid.
  • Grill filet on side one 10-15 minutes.
  • Rotate filet and grill side two 10-15 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
  • Remove filet from grill.
  • Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
Oven
  • Remove outer packaging before cooking.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Place pork filet in shallow roasting pan*.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until filet reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (thickest part) or juices run clear.
  • Remove from oven/pan and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing.
*If cooking 2 filets space 2-3 inches apart and cook covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for additional 10 minutes. Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate.
