Cooking instructions

Oven
  • Remove outer packaging.
  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Prepare baking pan with cooking spray; place roast into pan and into oven.
  • Cook for 90 minutes to an internal temperature of 155ºF.
  • Remove from oven and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
