8 Make-ahead Meals
for the Days before the Holiday

  1. To make clean-up easier, you can line your baking pan with parchment paper, aluminum foil or use a disposable roasting pan.
  2. For a juicy holiday ham, we suggest an oven temperature of 325-350°F. Allow 12 to 15 minutes per pound for boneless ham(weighing 8-15 pound); and 15 to 20 minutes per pound for bone-in and spiral cut ham.
  3. To roast or bake the ham, place the ham fat side up (if applicable), the melting fat with baste your ham. For hams that do not have obvious fat cover, place the ham in the roasting pan or baking tray.
