PHILADELPHIA – Hatfield® and the Philadelphia Phillies™ announced the new design of Hatfield’s Phillies™ Stadium Style Franks, the Official Frank of the Phillies™, and Phillies™ Smoked Sausage, the Officials Sausage of the Phillies™, during Monday night’s game at Citizens Bank Park.
Hatfield’s Smiley the Pig and the Phillie Phanatic revealed the Philly’s Favorite® updated look during the first Hatfield® Phillies™ Franks Dollar Dog Night of the 2017 baseball season.
“We want fans to bring the excitement of the stadium and the flavor of the game home. With Phillies™ Franks, fans can be part of the long-standing Phillies™ tradition. The dogs and sausages you enjoy on Hatfield® Dollar Dog Nights and at the Hatfield® Grill in the stadium can now be on your grill at home,” said Kiersten Hafer, Vice President Marketing for Hatfield®.
The new Phillies™ Franks and Phillies™ Smoked Sausage packaging features a uniform-style patch design to highlight the Phillies™ and Hatfield® partnership. In addition, the design will be showcased throughout the stadium, including on updated signage and new hot dog carts.
“The Phillies™ partnership with Hatfield® is part of what makes home games great. From the Hatfield® Hot Dog Launcher to Phillies™ Franks, Hatfield® is part of the Phillies™ baseball experience,” said Dave Buck, Sr. Vice President, Marketing and Advertising Sales for the Phillies™.
Phillies fans will also have the opportunity to see and taste Hatfield’s® winning lineup of products including sausage and pulled pork in various locations in the ballpark. Hatfield® will also have signage along first base, third base and behind home plate.
Phillies™ Franks and Sausages are available at local retailers including ACME and ShopRite. Hatfield’s other Dollar Dog Nights are Wednesday, April 26 and Tuesday, May 9.
